| Who
is eligible?
This tax credit is available to all Arizona individual taxpayers regardless of whether or not they have children in school. An individual or couple filing jointly can contribute and receive a tax credit for any amount up to $250. |

is an extracurricular activity?
Extracurricular activity means any optional, non-credit educational or recreational activity that supplements the education program of the school. Activities such as sports, visual and performing arts, special programs, field trips, outdoor education, gifted programs, or classroom enrichment programs can be funded with tax credit money. |

| Where
does the money go? Does it have to be $250?
You may indicate which school and which program you would like to support, or you can designate your money to be given to the school(s) that have the greatest need. The amount of the tax credit you take does not have to be for the total allowable amount of $250 - you can make a difference in one of our schools with just $50, $75, or $100 |

can I take advantage of the tax credit?
Simply pick up a Tax Credit Response form from the office of any school in the Peoria Unified School District. |
